Saffron flower processing with Vali

Saffron flower processing (refining the flower) is one of the most significant challenges in the saffron industry. Due to the rapid loss of saffron’s properties and quality, flower processing must be carried out immediately after harvest. On the other hand, the complexity of the processing has meant that manual methods have remained the only solution, which brings numerous limitations and problems. The initial core of Vali Company was formed around this issue in 2011, and after years of research, development, and prototyping, the world’s first fully automatic and intelligent saffron flower processing line was successfully developed by Vali Company.
